I've been patronizing Williams Brothers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram since July 2022. With exception of an emergency I had with a dead battery, I don't go to any other car dealer but them. They always get me in and out of there fast.

On December 26th we were traveling from Traverse City, to New York. We got within a couple miles of Dundee and the temperature gauge went all the way up and the coolant light went off. We found Williams Brothers and walked in. Zach greeted us and stated it would probably be a week before he could get us in. We explained we were traveling and he was able to get us in and diagnose what was wrong. Found out our radiator had a significant hole in and it was leaking coolant. Thankfully they had the part in stock and was able to fix it within a couple hours. They let us have a loaner to go get lunch and wander around as we waited for the Jeep to be fixed. And after that we were back on the road and made it to NY all good. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I got an oil change and tire rotation 2day 8-2-24 it didn't take very long and Kenneth Roberson the service advisor was very pleasant and friendly.

I had a 10am appointment, and Ken at the service desk was ready for me when I got there five minutes early. He accurately confirmed the work that I requested done when I called on the phone earlier in the week. There were no unwanted surprises, and the work was done within a reasonable amount of time. As usual, I am completely satisfied with their work and staff. I highly recommend this dealership.

Scott Matthews was very helpful in my purchase of a used car. I didn't feel any pressure during the selection of the car and once the purchase was finalized he kept me updated with the progress of the prepping and service required before I took delivery. He was very personable and genuinely caring which was appreciative. Cassandra from the finance office was very detailed, and presented all the paperwork in an understanding and smooth process without the pressure of past purchases from other dealerships. The service department completed the work requested and also several other things that I wasn't even aware of that needed done in a very timely manner. I was very pleased when I took delivery of my car, it was washed and detailed looking like new for an almost ten year old car! Very friendly and helpful. They were able to get parts in and get my truck fixed in 1 month when I was still waiting for 7 months for another dealership to get them in and they never did

The staff was friendly and helpful and I did not have to wait long for my oil change to be done. The only complaint I have is that I notice when I got in my truck that there was grease marks on my center arm rest, the marks came off with lysol wipes but the tech should try to make sure he or she should have clean hands before getting back into the vehicle.
