CDJR ASE Certified Technician

• Must Pass Background check, drug test and possess a valid driver's license.

• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

• Commit to customer satisfaction and fixing it right the first time.

• Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion. Road test to confirm concerns are resolved and the vehicle's operation will meet or exceed customer's experience. Ensure customer's vehicle is left in clean and un-damaged condition.

Porter/Lot Technician

Internet Sales BDC

• Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.

• Logging customer details and comments in our system.

• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.

• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.

• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
